"VINO" Qunack's Favor Lightning McQueen

Naše druhá štěňátka přišla na svět o čtyři roky později 15. června 2021. Berrynka přivedla na svět devět štěňátek, tři porod bohužel nepřežila, a tak jsme měli nakonec 2 kluky a 4 holky.

Cesta k nim byla ale hodně trnitá. Když se po delší době opět objevila možnost si štěňátka ještě jednou zopakovat, po hlavě jsem do toho skočila. Od začátku jsem tušila, že si jednu fenečku necháme. A tak jsme byli hodně motivovaní vyjet na krytí do zahraničí a přivést sem tak novou nepříbuznou krev. Nápad to byl sice skvělý, ale situace s Covidem tomu nijak nenahrávala. Jen co jsme si vybrali Vina a dohodli se s jeho majitelkou na krytí, přišel tvrdý lock-down a zavřely se hranice. Pořád jsem ale uvnitř doufala, že než začne Berry hárat, situace se uklidní. Měli jsme dokonce možnost inseminace zmraženým spermatem, ale stále jsem doufala, že se tam dostaneme fyzicky a zvládneme to přírodní cestou. Když začala Berry v dubnu hárat, akorát se otevřely hranice v Německu. Nechala jsem inseminaci jako záložní variantu a vyrazili jsme směr Holandsko. Vše proběhlo podle plánu a my se mohli spokojeně vrátit domů.

Vino je moc pěkný pes, na výstavách sklidil mnoho ocenění, podobně jako jeho tatínek. Je velmi otevřený a přátelský. Věnuje se agility. Je velmi mrštný a energický. Pochází z renomované holandské chovatelské stanice Qunack's Favor, kde si o něm můžete přečíst více.

Our second puppies were born four years later on June 15th, 2021. Berry gave birth to nine puppies, three of them did not survive their long delivery, so we finally had 2 boys and 4 girls.

It was very thorny process to get there. When the opportunity appeared to have once more puppies  again, I was facinated with the idea. From the beginning, I felt that one of the puppies would stay with us. So we were very motivated to go abroad for mating and bring new unrelated blood here. It was a great idea, but the situation with Covid was not very convenient. Right after choosing Vino as a father of our puppies and making agrement with his owner, hard lock-down has just started and the borders has got closed. But somewhere inside of me, I still have hope that the situation would calm down before Berry started her period. There was possibility of insemination with frozen sperm, but I have still beleived we could have managed to get there on person to mate them naturally. When Berry started her period, the borders in Germany had just opened. I left the insemination as a back-up option and we set off on journey to Netherlands. Everything went according to plan and we could have returned home happy.

Vino is a very nice and sweet dog, he has won many awards at dog shows, same as his father. He has very open and friendly character. He is engaged in agility. He is very agile and energetic dog. Vino comes from the respected Dutch kennel Qunack's Favor, where you can see more info about him.
